How do I know it will work for me?

Refcool have worked with more than five hundred customers and provided either servicing, maintenance or replacement chillers. Each customer is looked at on an individual basis and the requirements and solution may well be different for each customer. Do you offer support contracts for machines you sell?

Refcool offer all types of contract to support machines that we sell. These vary from fully inclusive extended warranties that include an annual service and inspection visit offering a single annual cost for maintaining the chiller for each year.

Why should I pay extra for a natural refrigerant chiller?

Globally all countries are looking to remove the amount of Ozone Depleting refrigerants from use, different countries are working at different speeds, but all are committed to removing these refrigerants in the medium term. Natural refrigerants that are naturally occurring will not be removed.

Can you custom design a system to meet our specific needs?

Refcool has its own design and manufacturing capability so can if necessary build a specific system suitable for your particular needs. Examples are Disassembling a chiller at the factory to reassemble on site to solve access or similar problems, Built a specific chiller for an awkward or unique duty point.
