Technical Components
COMPRESSORS
Frascold brand semi-hermetic piston compressors offer excellent operational performance and high reliability thanks to the use of high-quality materials and components. An economizer injection system allows for an operating range of 35–85 Hz, and the three-phase electric motor is optimized for operation with frequency converters. The compressors are equipped with integrated thermal protection and large heat exchange surfaces (WTT), ensuring optimal motor cooling and contributing to increased efficiency.
AIR/REFRIGERANT HEAT EXCHANGER
The copper/aluminum coil, specially sized for heat pump applications, significantly improves thermal performance in heating mode. The unique fin geometry ensures optimal heat exchange even under severe climatic conditions. The hydrophilic coating applied to the fin surface enhances natural condensate drainage in cooling mode, reducing frost formation on the coil during heating. Combined with EC fans, this setup guarantees maximum energy efficiency.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
The dynamic load-shedding system continuously optimizes transitional phases using artificial intelligence to achieve the highest possible efficiency. It adapts to ambient condition changes and manages refrigerant dosing in the refrigeration cycle with high precision in both heating and cooling modes.
