How do I know it will work for me? 

Refcool have worked with more than five hundred customers and provided either servicing, maintenance or replacement chillers.  The customers vary across a number of industries including Medical, Plastics, Coatings, Food and Chemical.   Each customer is looked at on an individual basis and the requirements and solution may well be different for each customer.  Refcool can apply its knowledge and experience to give the right solution for your company.

Do you offer support contracts for machines you sell?

Refcool offer all types of contract to support machines that we sell.  These vary from fully inclusive extended warranties that include an annual service and inspection visit offering a single annual cost for maintaining the chiller for each year.
Refcool also offers standard Inspection and pre-emptive maintenance contracts which covers

•  The cost of an annual/six monthly FGAS inspection as required – compliant service report and logbook 
• Offers a technical helpline
• Offers a service standard for support and callout in and out of hours and on weekends
• Offers a standard hourly rate so you know what your costs are
• Offers 10% reduction on parts
• Commits to have all service reports sent to site within 24 hours.

You are not the cheapest quotation, can you offer a more competitive price?

Refcool aim to offer good value products and services that minimise the long term total cost of ownership for cooling plant.  This means they may not be the cheapest upfront option. ​

Why should I pay extra for a natural refrigerant chiller?

Globally all countries are looking to remove the amount of Ozone Depleting refrigerants from use, different countries are working at different speeds, but all are committed to removing these refrigerants in the medium term.  Natural refrigerants that are naturally occurring will not be removed. ​

​Can you custom design a system to meet our specific needs?

Refcool has its own design and manufacturing capability so can if necessary build a specific system suitable for your particular needs.  Examples are Disassembling a chiller at the factory to reassemble on site to solve access or similar problems, Built a specific chiller for an awkward or unique duty point.

Do I need to go through a distributor or can I buy directly from you?
