The Brief: A Plasma Power Specialist contacted us with a requirement to use raw and deionised water to cool a mix of plasma torches and sub circuits. Power electronics were also to be cooled at lower temperatures. Each circuit was to be linked to a distribution manifold delivering metered raw and deionised water plus Nitrogen and Argon gas to multi circuit outlets.
The overall project was designed to have three cooling circuits all at different pressures. The electronics cooling system having a dedicated fail safe pressure circuit. The whole package was constructed upon a base frame in four parts with easy to connect sections to allow installation underground via a lift shaft.

The Brief: An international company based in Greece, required two water to water dual pump sets to cool their furnaces.
Many pumps have been built over the years, with single or dual pump sets offering duty/standby on the running on the dual pump sets. These also include a fill and vent tank that allows the adding of chemicals such as Glycol and removal of air in the system by diverting the flow through the tank when priming the system.
