Terms & Conditions
1. The free of charge visit must be registered within 30 days from xxxxx but can be carried out at a later date.
2. The visit date will be during normal working hours at the mutual conveniences of yourselves and Refcool Refrigeration ltd.
3. The visit date and time maybe subject to change depending on availability.
4. We assume free access to the equipment for the period of the inspection.
5. On completion of the inspection a written report will be forwarded to yourselves via email including any recommendations and advice.
6. The water quality report is dependent a water sample being easily accessed.
7. Refcool must be advised of any special site requirements and site inductions at the time of booking.
8. No refrigeration or electrical intervention work will be included in this site survey.
